Go over the checkpoints to consider when buying a WASHLET.

What kinds of WASHLETS are available?

Seat replacement only:
Seat-type WASHLETS

Seat-type WASHLETS are recommended for customers looking for simple installation. Enjoy the benefits of a WASHLET every day simply by attaching a seat-type WASHLET to the toilet you currently use.

Entire toilet replacement:
Integrated WASHLET toilet

When choosing to replace your entire toilet, the integrated type offers a WASHLET and a toilet in a single design for an exquisite toilet with a sophisticated look. Start living comfortably while using less water and saving more power with this easy-to-clean and sanitary integrated toilet.

Can I use the WASHLET in my own home?

Is there access to electricity?

Because the WASHLET uses electricity for its functions and features, it’ll need to be plugged into an outlet. Power outlet installation might be necessary if there is none near the toilet.

Contact or visit a sales representative for a consultation.

What is the size and shape of your toilet?

To attach a seat-type WASHLET to the toilet you currently use, pay close attention to the size and shape of the toilet as they vary by design. Most likely you’ll be able to use a seat-type WASHLET, but it all depends on the size and shape.

Contact or visit a sales representative for a consultation.

Is there anything near the toilet?

You’ll need to make sure there is nothing around the toilet that may obstruct the installation. With a seat-type WASHLET, your current toilet will become a little bigger. If the room is not wide enough, or if there is anything around the toilet that could get in the way, it may not be possible to attach the WASHLET. As a guide, there should be at least about 30 cm to the left and right of your current toilet.

Contact or visit a sales representative for a consultation.

Is your toilet located in a place where it is subjected to water on a daily basis?

Attaching a WASHLET to a toilet that is subjected to excessive amounts of water from the shower, or using water to clean the entire toilet, may result in failure of the WASHLET.
